Commercial use agreement

This agreement is between you and Nullivex LLC ("we"), the company that makes Nextweb. It applies when you download, install, or use Nextweb, buy a Nextweb license, or use nextwebjs.com. If you accept it for a company, you accept it on the company's behalf. If you don't agree, don't use Nextweb.

Your license

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Nextweb, for personal or commercial work, within the limits of your license:

• Free: one machine and three sites. A free license lasts 30 days; when it runs out, Nextweb asks for your email address again and issues a new one.
• Developer: five machines and ten sites, plus any machine packs you buy.
• Team: five machines and ten sites for each seat.
• Enterprise: what your written agreement with us says.

Every tier allows commercial use. The tiers differ only in how many machines and sites they cover.

What you own

You own the applications, sites, and data you run with Nextweb, and we claim no rights in them. Nextweb runs on machines you control and does not send us your applications or their data.

If you publish a package to our servers, you give us the right to store it and serve it to the people you publish it to, and you must have the right to publish everything in it.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• share a license key, or use one beyond the machines and sites it covers;
• work around the license check, the encryption, or the signatures that protect Nextweb and its packages;
• reverse engineer Nextweb, except where the law allows it regardless of this term;
• sell, rent, or redistribute Nextweb itself;
• use Nextweb or our servers to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam or malware, or attack other systems;
• put a load on our download or license servers that harms other users.

Paid licenses

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds, including for partial periods.

A one-time license is paid once, includes two years of updates, and is final.

Prices on the pricing page are beta prices. If you subscribe during the beta, you keep your price for as long as you keep the subscription.

License checks and updates

Nextweb checks its license with our servers each time it starts, so it needs an internet connection. We may change Nextweb, add or remove features, and publish updates.

Beta

Nextweb is in beta. Some features on the roadmap don't exist yet, and things can change between versions.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using Nextweb at any time. We may suspend or end your license if you break this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using Nextweb. The sites you built and their data stay yours.

No warranty

Nextweb is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Nextweb in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Colorado govern this agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Colorado, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this agreement. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using Nextweb after that, you accept the new version.
